Hi all, Hope you are doing well. December 3rd is recognized as the International Day of Persons With Disabilities. This year, we wanted to look beyond the usual conversations around education and careers. PWDs also want to chill, watch a movie or attend a concert. Shravya Kanithi and I have put together a conversation with two pioneers of Cinema accessibility in India. Sangeeta Robinson, the former head of inclusion at India’s largest multiplex chain and Dipti Prasad, the person behind bringing audio described content closer to audiences both in theaters and through a dedicated OTT platform. Want to explore the future of this exciting domain or just curious about how you can independently enjoy the movies? Please register on the link below and join us on the 7th of December at 4:30 PM IST on Zoom.
