Here in Delhi offline counter of pass in DRM office has been closed only we have to apply through online and whenever railway concession is done we will come to know only by mail or phone, sometimes it may take two months and I know few disabled friends who have applied 6 months ago but still not received their Railway Concession certificate till date. For enquiry regarding Railway Concession in DRM New Delhi there is no counter or nobody is there to respond, another problem is except Visually Impaired Concession all other railway concession for life time but Blind person Railway concession is for just 5 years, every 5 years we have to renew.
