St. Xavier’s College, XRCVC-Viviana Extension is happy to announce an
online workshop on the theme *“Magnifying the Possibilities”* under its
Tech Roshni series – A step toward bridging the digital divide for blind
and low vision persons.


Low vision is a broad spectrum, with each condition requiring unique
solutions tailored to individual needs. While the availability of
low-vision software for computers is limited and often comes with fewer
features, these tools are crucial for enabling independent computer access.


Join us to explore an innovative low-vision software that offers a wide
range of features and is highly customizable, designed to meet diverse user
requirements.


*Eligibility*: participants should have a good knowledge of cursor
movements, Keyboard, basics of Windows.


Limited seats are available for the session. Those interested should kindly

*Resource Persons*: Keshavan Nadar and Vikas Dabholkar.

*Criteria*: Persons with print disabilities such as low vision.

*Date*: 14th December 2024, (Saturday).

*Time*: 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm. (IST)

*Venue*: Online Session (Zoom conferencing platform)

The registration link will close at 2.00 pm. Thursday 12th December 2024.


*Important Note:*

   1. Instructions to login will be sent by email on 13th December 2024,
   Friday, to the registered participants only.
   2. After clicking the above given link, fill in the form. Please do not
   click on the Request Edit Access button. If you click on it the form will
   not get submitted. Once the form is filled, then click on the Submit button
   only.
   3. Participants are requested to use their personal earphones/headphones
   during the session.
   4. After successful form submission, you will receive acknowledgement
   email from google, on request.
