Clipspeak is an addon that allows NVDA to automatically announce clipboard operations (such as cut, copy, and paste), along with other common editing operations like undo and redo.
Key Features: - Announces clipboard operations and editing actions - Performs checks to prevent announcements in inappropriate situations - Customizable announcement settings Configuration Options: You can choose between announcing only copy/cut/paste operations or also what's being copied, cut, or pasted. To configure Clipspeak, go to NVDA, Configurations, Clipspeak. Default Gestures: The following gestures are mapped by default: - CTRL+Z: Undo - CTRL+Y: Redo - CTRL+X: Cut - CTRL+C: Copy - CTRL+SHIFT+C: Copy file path (Windows 11 only) - CTRL+V: Paste Remapping Gestures: If these gestures differ from those used in your version of Windows, you'll need to remap them in the Input Gestures configuration under the Clipboard category. Getting Started: 1. Open the NVDA menu (Insert + N) 2. Access the Tools menu (T) and open the Add-on Manager (A) 3. Navigate to the Available Add-ons tab (Ctrl + Tab) 4.
