They also offer a Sparsh debit card with Braille lettering for identification, although it may take longer to receive. Once your account is set up, you can manage most tasks online. For instance, setting your ATM PIN through their WhatsApp service is very accessible. Additionally, their mobile app and website are both designed with accessibility in mind. Overall, I was impressed with Union Bank's accessibility features and would recommend it.
