Hi Bro, As far I know, This is regarding the Rajiv Raturi case where the Supreme Court gave an order to make mandatory rules for Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities. That's why different teams are working on 6 topics like Information and Communication Technology, Assistive Devices and others. They are asking for a description so they can get a fair idea about reasonable accommodation of Assistive Devices for the person and on the behalf of that they can make non-negotiable rules for the Assistive Devices for any Person with Disability including students. I tried to explain in a simple language.
