Dear All, We have lately been receiving a lot of grievances with respect to the accessibility of the Swiggy and Zepto/Zepto Cafe platforms. We have therefore decided to file a writ petition on this issue in the Delhi High Court by the end of next week i.e. 24.01.2025. In this regard, we will need to put forward strong evidence before the court to demonstrate the challenges being faced by those with visual disabilities in accessing these platforms. One piece of evidence will be copies of complaints that we receive from you.
