I totally understand where you stand with this. I had to experience this 2 years back before I moved into my new flat. I had a friend suggest me an interior designer and the guy did the job on time and at a rate lesser than what the companies you shared charge.
However, the job that this interior guy did was not exactly a pleasant experience. There were too many things that my sighted wife pointed out that needed rework, which delayed the job but were done. I was not charged more than the agreed cost, I am lucky that way.
Main thing you would need to pay attention to is the kitchen, kind of material/ wood they would be using and laminate. If you are getting something done in the bathroom, same as kitchen make sure they are using the right wood and laminate.
I trust Home Lane and the other company would do a good job, cost is higher I know. The 10 year warranty is something which private players do not offer. Maximum 5 years from the private players.
What these companies do is everything is cut/ manufactured at their factory and all they have to do is assemble it on the site. I would highly request to seek out someone sighted in your family to take up this kind of job as they will not only be vigilant, they will have an upper advantage of the company not cheating them. We chaps can be taken for a ride, if you know what I mean.
Try to get someone trust worthy, friend/ family member that can help out with this. Sorry I do not have experience with any of the companies but did visit Home Lane, they were costing me a kidney. I needed the kidney for my next iPhone.

Friends I have purchased a new flat and i am looking for its interior works, for this we met some interior designers and they have suggested soe designs.
But I am totally confused now. Actually the thing is that we visited 2 renowned interior designing companies, the first is Live space and the second one is Homelain. Both are offering 10 years service guaranty and their is nothing to worry about raw materials all we have to finalized at the time of agreement. but I am quitting due to their negative reviews on social media platforms. Where as local players are also available in marcket, which also meet my requirements, but the problems is that we have to check each materials, some time we have also go to marcket for purchase of raw materials which is a herculious task for a visually impaired person to go and check each time.
Also i have heard from some of my coleagues that once the carpainters enter into the house, there is no dedline of completion of works. Where is live space and homelain has a dedline of 2 months. In such a synario should i ignore social media reviews and go for above mentioned companies for simply their better offerings for some extra cost? Or these are markiting gimics i should ignore and go for local players.
If anybody has done his or her interior works from these companies, may i request you to share their experiences?
Any input in this regard will be highly apreciated.
