Hi all, Good morning. I hope you are fine. I just wanted to ask one doubt that you can help me with in my office. When giving some approvals. I have to take approval from my competent authority especially when everything is not digitalised. They do sign on the paper that we prepare here. I can prepare the Office note by typing it into the computer and taking a printout of it, and even I can sign, but How can I know if they signed or not? This was the doubt that my manager had asked me because if that can be done I can contribute more to the organisation. His main question is that you can sign, but how can you validate if it is signed by the competent authority. If anyone has any solution on this, I would deeply appreciate if that is shared.
Thanks and warm regards, Kongaleti.
