Legal Action: To address this, Mission Accessibility and All India Confederation of the Blind have filed a case in the Supreme Court of India against SSC. If you are an affected candidate, you can take action by submitting an affidavit and vakalatnama to be part of the petition. How to Submit Your Documents: The below provided link contains a file, which consist of two documents: One affidavit and one vakalatnama. You are required to fill in your personal details and sign both documents. Additionally, you must notarize the affidavit through an oath commissioner/notary. Please note: if you put your thumb impression, write "left/right hand thumb impression" besides that 3 Leave date and year blank – These will be filled by the legal team. 4 How to get your affidavit notarised: • Affidavit: Get it notarised at a notary/court/oath commissioner (fees: The amount of noterising will be ranging from ₹20-₹50). • Vakalatnama: Does NOT require notarisation. 5.
