I also use orbit 20 cell. You can adjust scrolling speed by keeping space
bar pressed and up arrow to select right speed.

I am using a 20 cell Orbit reader. I set the reading speed (scrolling
rate) to 2. If I read more than an hour, I feel pain. It is because
