Before switching to other platforms, try to troubleshoot the issues and see it works.
1. Clean the old files using the disk cleanup utility. Make sure you are cleaning the system files instead the program files. 2. Ensure the jaws error reports are being send automatically to the freedomscientific servers. There is no such official announcements being made by Microsoft for stopping the support for windows 10 as of now.
