Would be interested to know what exactly are you trying to achieve/ do and what
is the result you are expecting? To my understanding you are wanting to remove
the default keyboards on your Windows machine. Let me know the version of
Windows you are using and why is that you wish to remove these keyboards? May
be there is a restriction to remove default keyboards from the Operating System
as it will leave your system inoperable.

Are you using another kind of keyboard or another language on your laptop?
These are default, keyboard, layouts, and languages that are listed in Windows
for the specific region. You purchased the laptop in.

I copied your question and got this answer from AI

To remove the unwanted keyboard layouts (English India and Hindi US), follow
these steps:

1. Go to *Settings* > *Time & language* > *Language & region*.

2. Under *Language*, click on *English (United States)* or *Hindi*, then click
*Options*.

3. Under *Keyboards*, check if English India and Hindi US are listed. If they
are, click on them and select *Remove*.

If they're not listed:

1. Go to *Settings* > *Time & language* > *Language & region* > *Advanced
keyboard settings*.

2. Under *Switching input methods*, click on *Input language hot keys*.

3. In the *Text Services and Input Languages* window, under *Installed
services*, check if English India and Hindi US are listed. If they are, select
and click *Remove*.

If the issue persists, try restarting your PC or checking for Windows updates.

This should resolve the issue with unwanted keyboard layouts appearing when
pressing Windows + Space.

Sincerely,
