I have mixed opinion about this machine, earlier I was using Dr. Trust Talking BP monitoring machine, but it was showing inaccurate reading. Then i bought this Omron machine for checking the regular BP of my father and occasionally mine too. No doubt Omron has an application to check the data through our mobile phone. So far as the accessibility of Omron Hem 7361t is concern, I have used this machine in both the devices i.e. Xiaomi 12Pro running android 14, and iPhone 15. I was unable to connect that with my android phone, as it gave me constant error and repeated prompts to retry as the connection was unsuccessful. However, I successfully paired it with my iPhone 15 where it asks for email verification also. The machine is fine, it has several advance features and suggested by many doctors too. However, I am not satisfied with its application and its ability to sync the data along with its application. Some time the data is not transfered to the application for several minutes, some time the data is not transfered at all. it asks me to install batteries all the time so that its internal clock would continue to keep the date and time up to date. Still, i don't see satisfactory results in terms of syncing the data. Its BP diary and calander is not easy to understand. Many other features can not be accessed/controlled by the app. App has only data display function and doesn't help in operating the machine in any way. Therefore its upto you whether you would want to spend Rs. 5,000 on this device or look for any other better option.
