Yes this is a big issue with the latest update of NVDA. Please don't update NVDA for now as it might have some bugs in stable version. You must have to switch to NVDA version 2024.4.2 or the NVDA 2025.1 beta 10 version. I am using the latest beta version and the beta version is working more better than the stable version.
