hello ram, I hope this message find's you well. Be my eyes, does not have a direct way to solve captures. but, here are steps to take when you need it to solve the capture. 1. When you have the capture on your laptop -- You can open the be my eyes app on your computer/laptop. (I am not sure if they releeced a mac version of the same). And, come again at the capture screen. And now, press alt pluss ctrl, H (you can, here the shortcut to capture screen when you lonch be my eyes app on your device). And, after pressing capture the screen keyboard shortcut, it captures your hole screen and then you can ask be my AI to tell you the capture code. Alternatively, you can togle on get image discription in your browser.(though its not that much accurate but yes, its there). 2. Second option is that, open be my eyes on your phone, call a volunteer and tell them to tell you the capture code at your laptop's screen. Now, if you are on any mobile, then I think you need to do the steps in a different way. I think, you can use a second phone to make a call to the be my eyes network.
