My feedback regarding the RAIL ONE application is to have the OTP option as well, which exists in the IRCTC application. When we are about to complete the booking—post booking—there should be an OTP option because sometimes, for some people, CAPTCHA can be an issue. Also, at times, one has to keep on refreshing to use it with TalkBack description or VO description as well. Obviously, there are workarounds, such as sharing the image with ChatGPT—that also works—but for better accuracy, an OTP option should exist post booking.
