Very well said, Anchal. Unfortunately, most architects and engineers still consider making a ramp or two as accessibility achieved in buildings. So, the scenario is even worse when it comes to town planning, offering a plea Indian public doesn't follow traffic rules in any case. I once addressed a large gathering of architects that included some on academic staff of reputed architectural colleges, and stressed on the same point. However, it seems it fell on insensitive ears.
