Hey, You may think of Mini PC as it is very easy to carry wherever you go and all you need is the Mini PC CPU which is the size of set-up box, an external keyboard and a headphone or speaker. The Mini PC comes with 16 GB Ram and 512 Hard disk which can be expandable up to 2TB. In my experience, it is a very good alternative to netbook. In fact you don't even need the monitor and you can just buy a dummy monitor dongle and plug it in to the monitor port and it works like a charm! But note that it does not have internal power back-up and you should always be plugged-in.
