Dear sir, Google's instant translate app seams to do this. We have to experiment more on this. google has enabled this feature in youtube which is switched on by hindi channels like techassistant. we can change the language as english in settings for recorded hindi content and it presents the content in english in its own voice. I have not tested it in live presentations.
