   - The #SeeAMillion Campaign aims to transform persons with low vision
   and total vision impairment into active citizens through digital
   empowerment.
   - A key focus of our campaign is the establishment of Parivartan
   Centers—digital literacy labs where individuals with low vision and
   blindness can learn essential computer skills.
   - These centres provide training that helps visually impaired
   individuals break barriers, achieve independence in accessing education,
   secure livelihood opportunities, and enhance their daily lives.

*DESIGNATION: Sr.Executive / Associate Manager - (Digital Literacy Program)*

*LOCATION: Bangalore*

*SCHEDULE – FULL TIME*

*SHIFT – DAY, 9:30 AM to 6 PM*

*PROJECT DESCRIPTION*

This role supports the delivery and quality of digital literacy training
across Parivartan Centres by mentoring trainers, tailoring learning
strategies, improving content, and introducing innovative teaching methods.

*Roles & Responsibilities*

   - *Review and oversee* computer training programs across various
   Parivartan Centres, ensuring quality and consistency in delivery.
   - *Mentor junior trainers*, guiding them through training processes,
   milestone tracking, and professional development to elevate their
   instructional capabilities.
   - *Adapt training strategies* to meet diverse candidate needs; develop
   assessment methodologies to evaluate skill levels and provide actionable
   feedback to both candidates and trainers.
   - *Offer constructive feedback* on existing training content to improve
   relevance, clarity, and effectiveness.
   - *Develop learner-centric content* tailored to various learning styles
   and specific program requirements.
   - *Innovate teaching techniques* to enhance training outcomes and
   candidate engagement.
   - *Create a reflective and supportive environment* for junior trainers,
   encouraging professional growth and continuous learning.

*REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:*

   1. Ability to facilitate sessions in an interesting way
   2. Ability to observe sessions conducted by senior trainers and document
   the session
   3. Reporting skill
   4. Observe candidates and give constructive feedback
   5. Knowledge of screen reader
   6. Certified NVDA/JAWS
   7. 2-3+ years of experience as trainer.

*DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:*

   1. *Good communicative English*
   2. *Knowledge of regional language especially Hindi, *
   3. *Preferably from North *
