Dear All, I hope this message finds you well.
I am currently looking for a Windows-based application that supports reading across major file formats. The ideal app should include features such as bookmarking, note-taking, and efficient navigation between bookmarks. Most importantly, it should allow for the export and import of bookmarks and notes, enabling seamless access across devices and continuity after transitioning between them. This is primarily for research purposes, where the ability to retrieve and organize annotations is essential. I have previously used *Kurzweil*, which was quite effective; however, its reliance on the proprietary KES format has posed challenges recently. *Bookworm* has also been helpful, though it lacks synchronization and the ability to export bookmarks. I am yet to explore *Dolphin EasyReader* and *Thorium Reader*. I understand that several of the features I’m seeking in Dolphin may be part of its premium offering. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions, workarounds, or hacks that you might recommend based on your experience. Warm regards, *Tony* -- Disclaimer: 1.
