Sir,
It has become extremely difficult for me to obtain the Railway Divyangjan card for my disability, as my application has been rejected five times despite submitting all valid certificates and documents. I even provided the prescribed format issued by the Railway Board, duly signed by the doctor from my District Government Civil Hospital. Frankly, I feel disheartened and exhausted dealing with this process. If your matter has already been resolved, I would be very glad to know, because at this stage I have little faith that I will be able to get my ID card anytime soon. I am from Telangana, and unfortunately, the concerned railway officers have been extremely rude throughout. If this continues, I may finally be left with no option but to approach the Hon’ble High Court and seek directions to obtain my rightful certificate.
