Dear Bhavani ji, I totally agree with your point above. This is an open secret in all disability sectors that, not all, but, some people in our own community actually do these unfair practices. I know people who don't know the basics of banking/other competitive exams too. Technology is far away from them. And I know the people who are studying hard to reach there, but they are helpless. They have the courage to face exams along with interviews but, no financial resources to higher the scribes. An important note: I don't intend to blame anyone or else promote dishonesty , but, due to this unknowing discrimination on the ground, genuine people can not hold the ranks/designation which they deserve.
