Dear friends, As per the recent clarification issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) vide Office Memorandum F. No. P-13013/75/2023-Policy-DD-III dated 10 September 2025, regarding the revised Comprehensive Guidelines (01.08.2025), there is an important point: “2. However, the Divyangjan applicants who are appearing in the competitive examinations during the intervening period and are willing to adopt the use of technology/ Assistive Devices for writing the exam independently, may be accommodated and encouraged by the Examining Bodies to the reasonable extent possible.” In light of this, I am creating a WhatsApp group specifically for those who are willing to write their exams independently using screen readers or other assistive technologies. 🔹 Topics we will discuss in the group: 1.
