Hi all,

As the subject line suggests, I applied online to open my 811 savings
account and opted for in person KYC.

Their representative came to my home. When he asked me to sign, I said I
will give  my thumb impression.

After talking to his team lead, initially he was sceptical to take my thumb
impression, I somehow managed to convince him by saying if there will be
rejection I will get email from the bank which I will be able to use for
further reference. As a result, he took my thumb impression and uploaded
the KYC.

Now, I got a message from kotak Mahindra Bank by sayi "Your request for
Full KYC of Kotak 811 A/c has been put on hold. Please visit nearest branch
to complete Full KYC.

If anybody who is using kotak 811 savings account can help me, that would
be great.

Any kind of help is highly appreciated."
