Hi all, As the subject line suggests, I applied online to open my 811 savings account and opted for in person KYC.
Their representative came to my home. When he asked me to sign, I said I will give my thumb impression. After talking to his team lead, initially he was sceptical to take my thumb impression, I somehow managed to convince him by saying if there will be rejection I will get email from the bank which I will be able to use for further reference. As a result, he took my thumb impression and uploaded the KYC. Now, I got a message from kotak Mahindra Bank by sayi "Your request for Full KYC of Kotak 811 A/c has been put on hold. Please visit nearest branch to complete Full KYC. If anybody who is using kotak 811 savings account can help me, that would be great.
