Dear friends, this is Ummehaani Bagasrawala from Pearls Of Vision. There are heaps of messages being spread on a zillion WhatsApp groups. Mr. Shane Alam has sent message in various groups about me and my organisation. A few months ago we had a webinar on copilot. It was in collaboration with exclusive Tech. Many of us know the true colours of exclusive Tech and the founder. This person is now trying to compare me with the founder of exclusive Tech. Also, he is trying to Demaine my character and the organisation. He had bought a license of office 365 from me post our webinar. He was very curious to know about copilot and office 365. As I have a license of office 365, I explain to him that copilot is only available in the annual subscriptions. He asked me ways and means of purchase, that’s why I told him that I have a few keys, and if you’re interested, I can share it with you. He misinterpreted my comment as Pearls Of Vision has purchased it. Post the purchase, he must have been facing multiple issues. When he reached out to me, I was stuck in a serious medical situation and was in and out of hospital. In that inter, I wasn’t able to reply to his calls/messages. My question here is to the community. If you have a problem, isn’t it your responsibility to be at it and get it resolved till you don’t get your answer till you’re not satisfied? Also, if it is a technical glitch, am I responsible? It is very easy to publicly blame someone with a contact number and with wrong username of any social media platform. He also claims that a founder of an organisation is never busy. I plead to the community, put yourself into a founder shoes and then comment. Last I’d like to conclude by saying understand the circumstances/situation get your facts and figures in place, perform your background checks/your due diligence before blatantly blaming any individual.
