Thanks for your question Sandeep ji. The process of ordering through TAN's WhatsApp bot is very simple. I'm outlining it below: 1. you could send "hi" or "hello" to our food ordering assistant number 8209735025. 2. It will ask you to select your delivery address. This is just similar to how you share your location on WhatsApp. if you are someone who hasn't shared location before on whatsapp, two important things there: A. you need to click on "send location" message that you would get from our bot when you send hello or got to "attach" button WhatsApp and click on "location" option there. B. once location screen opens, it will show you google map and then around 30 or so nearby location. After those location, it would give you "send your current location" option, if you click on that, we would get your current location and then can show you nearby restaurants. (a shortcut to reach to this "send your location" button quickly is to touch screen in almost middle or a little towards the bottom from middle of screen, and you would find this button there) 3. Once location is received by our bot, you could search for items and restaurants, these are few things you could try currently (and we would be adding more use cases based on your feedback): A. search for item, e.g. say "pizza". B. Search for restaurants, e.g. "show items from macdonalds" C. "burger from burger king" etc 4. then you would get list of items/restaurants based on query, you could pick them from a list that would come with a button called "pick item for cart" 5. Once you select some item and click on "send" at bottom, it would be added to your cart. 6. you could ask for more items from the same restaurant or click on "view cart" button that would come in response to see your cart and to checkout. 7. once you click on checkout, you would get option to add your address details like plot number, colony etc and receiver phone number. This only happens if you are trying this location first time. if you have already address added through our app or done this process once on whatsapp, you won't see this step. 8. then you could click on "pay" button for the message that you would get from our WhatsApp bot and complete the payment through your preferred mode, e.g. upi, cards, net banking etc. 9. and then order would be placed. you would be getting updates on WhatsApp itself about your order status, delivery agent details, e.g. name and their number etc through different messages that you would be getting from our bot.
