Video must be recorded in English, Hindi, or Marathi. 3. New video content only. No previously used or copied videos allowed. 4. Duration: Minimum 1 minute, Maximum 3 minutes. 5. Only original participant voice allowed โ no background music or effects. 6. Participants must mention in the video: - Full Name - City/Location - โThis video is recorded for Blind Graduates Forum of India on World White Cane Safety Day.โ 7. Registration closes on 9th October 2025, by 12 PM. 8. Video submission deadline: 10th October 2025, by 10 PM. 9. Reels will be posted on BGFI's Instagram page from 11th October, 12 PM onwards. 10.
