Thank you Vivek. can I get the railway card from Bangalore's office or should I go to Shimoga which is my native? NFB said that they give me the format of the concession certificate. I am confused with the further process. another confusion is that now they are telling that for online concession card, UDID is the only requirement and concession card is not the requirement. if that is the case, should I really get the railway concession card at all?
