Try to get the phone number of the Railways in the same portal and contact them. Most of the time they do not respond. Sometimes they respond. Till such time it is showing pending,we have no option but to wait. In our cases, it took more than two months still showing pending. We contacted them in person in railways and tried to sort out the problem.
