Despite rapid progress in technology, many visually impaired (VI) professionals continue to face challenges at work - inaccessible software, non-compatible systems, and screen reader limitations that impact productivity and inclusion. At Vision-Aid we believe the best solutions come from those who experience or witness these challenges firsthand. As part of Vision-Aid upcoming Accessibility Hack for Inclusion 2025), we are inviting ideas and suggestions from all stakeholders - visually impaired professionals, developers, employers, accessibility testers, and inclusion advocates - to help us identify key problem areas and potential solutions that can make workplaces truly accessible.
