You are probably not entering your card number, incorrect order. The card number should have first year station code, followed by that set number of zeros. Let’s say, for example, my code Railway, so it starts with SRSRS Southern Railway and then SR My Station code SASRSA000 followed by that the number that is assigned to you. So please take someone’s assistance and enter it correctly. Thank you.
