Hello, I notice that in most of the cases jaws picture smart or be my eyes cannot correctly read the captcha on the election commission's web site. But here everything needs has a captcha. I could only download voter lists of SIR 2002 without sighted help. Even the RTI page has a captcha I could not decode using all methods. has any orgranisation or person lodged a complaint?
