Hi all, I had applied for railway concession card through online mode 1 month back using the unique disability ID card. However, yesterday my application has been rejected giving the reason that I have not attached offline railway concession certificate. This is ridiculous because the guidelines mention that we can apply for the online pass if we have the ud ID card and there is no need of offline railway concession certificate. The application was approved at first level but yesterday it has been rejected by the local sassoon government hospital in pune. My ud ID card is also of the same hospital. Please advise where can I complain regarding this because it is a unnecessary hassle. Thanks and regards Dinesh thole
