Hi Sneha, I can't say for certain what might be causing the issue you described, but my suggestion would be to try downloading an older version of Auto TTS.
I know you have a subscription, but the Play Store will only offer the latest version. You would need to search on Chrome or elsewhere to find an older installation file. Please make sure to download an Auto TTS version that is specifically suited for Android 14.
