I recently accessed this service for the first time by dialing the IVR number, and I was truly impressed by the plethora of genres and books available on the platform. I started my journey with Shiv Khera’s "You Can Win." Although life’s demands distracted me and I had to stop shortly after the introduction, the experience was seamless. This is a fantastic resource for the blind community, especially for those who enjoy Fiction, Non-Fiction, and Educational materials. I would like to thank the entire team behind this library from the bottom of my heart and express my sincere appreciation for your effort in providing this service to the community for free. I would also like to propose a suggestion for your consideration. To help support and sustain such wonderful projects, would it be possible to introduce a voluntary yearly subscription fee for those who are in a position to contribute? Perhaps a small amount, such as INR 500 per year. Please forgive my ignorance if this has already been addressed or if the project currently does not require additional financial funding; I am simply thinking out loud as a way to ensure this resource continues to thrive.
