Hi all,

Sharing a conversation that’s personally meaningful. When I entered the
disability space nearly a decade ago, I didn’t realise how much learning — and
unlearning — lay ahead. Much of what I know today has come from people who were
generous with their time and honest in their feedback.

I was in conversation with Nipun Malhotra for his podcast series with India
Autism Center.

We spoke about media, workplaces, tokenism, and why dignity has to be central
to any idea of inclusion.

If these conversations matter to you, do watch:

Shruti
