Dear Friends,

As an assistive devices enthusiast, I would like to share details of a
remarkable learning tool that I recently observed and found highly
impactful—especially for blind and low-vision learners, but also valuable
for anyone who wants to understand geometry through hands-on learning.
Whether someone is a school student, a college learner, a teacher, or an
adult who wants to strengthen concepts—this kit can be used at any stage.
However, it is especially useful for school students, because geometry is
the foundation for mathematics, science, maps, measurement, design, and
practical spatial understanding. This is the world’s first “Positive
Geometry Kit manufactured by Touche-tech Labs Bangalore.” “Positive” means:
when a learner draws on paper, the tactile raised diagram comes on the same
side of the paper, exactly where the hand and fingers are working. This
makes learning direct, natural, and independent.

Features of the kit I liked:

Positive tactile drawing system – tactile output appears on the same side
of the paper for instant touch verification. This is a killer feature and
you will forget all other goemetry kits in the market.
Roulette (spur wheel/perforation wheel) – helps create tactile lines,
curves, and patterns smoothly. Mindblowing design, This is the real
innovation teachers have been waiting for.
Redesigned protractor (semi-circular angle tool) – robust and
learner-friendly for tactile angle measurement and construction
New design scale (ruler) – stable and practical for accurate measurements
and straight-line drawing. Blind can draw line upto quarter of centimeter.
Special drawing board with advanced rubber layer – supports clean, sharp
tactile output and prevents paper slipping. easy to fix paper on this. The
rubber board quality has not been seen earlier.
New compass – for circles, arcs, and construction work, designed for
practical handling. Completely new design. In the long run this will be
replace the compass sighted children are using. Comes with safety
mechanism. Simply mindblowing.
Line Bisectors – helpful for construction steps.
Neatly packed compact box – simple components, easy to carry, easy to
store, classroom-friendly. Earlier geometry kits were difficult to be
carried to classrooms.
This kit is not just a small tool — it is a shift in confidence. It
supports independent
geometry practice, better understanding of shapes, angles, symmetry, and
constructions, stronger foundation for STEM learning, improved real-life
spatial understanding (maps, layouts, diagrams, measurements).

If needed, I can also share a brief demo video and usage examples. If you
have always wanted to learn geometry or were fed up with the comical
geometry kits then this is the thing you need. I felt it was important to
share this with the group so that teachers, parents, educators, and
learners can explore its possibilities.
