The course will start on January 31, 2026 and classes will be held every Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The total duration is 2 months, from 31st January to 29th March, 2026. All classes will be conducted online on Zoom. The introductory fee is ₹349 only. What You Will Learn In this course, Excel is taught in a clear and practical way. It covers how worksheets are organized and how to work confidently with rows, columns, and cells. It covers entering, managing, and analyzing data, and using formulas and functions for calculations, comparisons, and real tasks. Important features such as formatting and conditional formatting for better presentation are also covered. It includes sorting and filtering data, working with different tools in Excel, and using options like Find and Go To to work faster. Practical work includes creating real-life Excel files such as marksheets, attendance sheets, expense records, reports, and many more. Every topic is explained step by step with regular practice in each class. A special part of this course is the integration of AI with Excel. It covers using AI while creating and editing Excel files to make work easier and faster. AI support includes building formulas, correcting errors, understanding data, applying proper formatting, improving sheets, and more. At the same time, clear understanding of what is being done in Excel is maintained. AI supports learning while helping build strong Excel skills and confidence. Important Instructions • A laptop is best for learning. You can join on a phone, but Excel practice will be limited. • Class recordings and all practice files will be shared daily. If you miss a class or want to revise, you can use them anytime. Still, joining live is suggested to ask questions. • You will get a Certificate of Completion after the course (by Tech Assistant for Blind Foundation, a registered organisation). To receive it, you must appear in the final test. • The course is taught using a screen reader (NVDA). Everything is explained step by step in a beginner-friendly way.
