Hi Amiyo, Thank you for sharing this news. It is disheartening to see such notifications being issued, as the discrimination against visually impaired staff in Haryana is explicitly clear.
I believe this policy could be successfully challenged and struck down by the judiciary if it is formally approached. Given the legal implications of this decision, it may be necessary to consider a legal intervention to prevent other states from following this precedent.
