Hi Tikaram, I have a few questions regarding the application process for the Divyangjan Rail e-Concession Card on the new portal:
1. Is it mandatory to upload a recent passport-sized photograph? I currently only have digital copies of photos that are three to four years old. I have delayed my application because I am unsure if these older photos are acceptable or if a photo is required at all. 2. Regarding the issuance of the card, will we receive a physical card or only an e-card? If a physical card is provided, will it be delivered to our home address or do we need to collect it from a specific location? Thank you for your help.
