The applicant’s photograph and personal details are automatically fetched from the UDID database. However, applicants who apply without using UDID (manual/non-UDID process) are generally required to upload a photograph. Card Type: Indian Railways does not issue a separate physical concession card. Once the application is approved, applicants must log in to the same portal and download the Railway Divyangjan e-card (Photo Identity Card). This e-card is used for availing railway concession benefits. For Manikanta Polavarapu (Doctor’s Details): In the UDID-based application process, applicants usually do not need to manually enter the doctor’s name or registration number, as these details are auto-filled from the UDID records. It ask for 16 digit UDID they have not count the state code
prefix of it. so all must enter 2 + 16 18 digit UDID card. My
concession is valid till october, hence I did not saved and
submitted it.
but, there is a captcha on the login page even after OTP
authentication.

Good news! Applying for the Railway e-Concession Card
on divyangjanrail.in has become
much easier than before.
After signing up, just click Apply Concession. Earlier,
many details and documents were required, but now most
details are auto-filled. There is no extra concession
selection and no extra documents required. Just switch on
UDID, enter your 16-digit UDID number, and the system
automatically fetches details like father’s name, address,
PIN, city, and state.
Next, upload your disability certificate and DOB proof
(Aadhaar/PAN/Passport). Select state and hospital city,
submit—and done!
The whole process now takes less than 1 minute.
