I truly appreciate your commitment to enhancing accessible banking
facilities for visually impaired customers. While the progress at Union
Bank of India is commendable, I kindly request that you consider guiding
other institutions to prioritize accessibility as well.

Currently, the mobile applications for Axis Bank, IDFC Bank, and HDFC Bank
remain quite difficult for visually impaired customers to navigate.
Additionally, we have observed that SBI is not consistently maintaining
accessibility guidelines across its digital platforms.

Thank you for your continued leadership in making digital banking more
inclusive for everyone.
