I am reaching out to this group to see if anyone else has faced similar technical issues or found a workaround for the E-Pass application process using a UDID card. I have been trying to help a friend apply for their concession form, but we are repeatedly getting stuck due to some frustrating technical glitches on the portal. Despite multiple attempts, we are facing the following problems: After entering all of my friend's UDID details correctly and hitting the final submission button, the system displays an error saying "UDID card details are incorrect," even though all the information provided is perfectly valid. We are also experiencing a strange loop where entering the father’s name causes the previously entered UDID details to disappear. Conversely, if we re-enter the UDID details, the father’s name field gets erased immediately. We have tried several times and are quite exhausted by this process. I wanted to check if this is a known server issue or if there is a specific browser or method that works better for this application.
