The author of the article, if I remember correctly, was our list member in the 
past. People may find some good points and analysis in it. However, out of a 
total budgetary allocation of ₹53.47 lakh crore for the financial year 2026-27, 
a meagre sum of ₹1,670 crore has been allocated for the disability sector. This 
amount is hardly 0.03% of the total allocation. This means for every ₹100, 
people with disability gets only 3 paise. I wonder how Shri Shashank Pandey 
could call it "generous"?
