Hi all,

The India AI Impact Summit 2026 was magnificent — the scale, the ideas, the
energy. Truly. And also: the corridors that weren't, the captions that didn't
exist, the exit gates that vanished without warning, and an autorickshaw ride
to Khan Market that I will not forget in a hurry.

The ideas in the Summit deserved a better-designed event. And here's the thing
— most of what needs fixing is embarrassingly simple. The conversations that
could have changed everything didn't need to happen on the day. They needed to
happen at the blueprint stage.

I wrote about all of it. The brilliant, the broken, and the very fixable.
