Hi, My answer to your question would be no. I do not feel hesitant, nervous, or fear being judged to disclose my use of AI when I use it. AI has emerged as a common and helpful tool in everyday life (including professional settings), and it's use is certainly not limited to the disability community. Moreover, it is generally used as an assistive tool. Fear of criticism and/or judgement is only valid in cases involving misuse and/or plagiarism.
