This is excellent. I tried the checker on your website. Will also give the Chrome extension a try.
One thing - there's a link to the Amasamya source code on Github, but it's broken. Seems like the link to his GitHub profile is also not working. Could that be fixed or could you share another link to the source code? ________________________________ From: [email protected] <[email protected]> on behalf of Akhilesh Malani <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, May 13, 2026 10:39 AM To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Subject: [AI] AMASAMYA - blind-first WCAG 2.2 audit tools (Chrome extension + web platform), open for community evaluation Hello Access Indians! Hope everyone is doing well. I am Akhilesh Malani, accessibility architect and digital inclusion strategist, based in India. I am a screen-reader user myself. I am writing because a project I have spent the last several months on is now in closed beta, and I want this community to see it before any wider launch. I am not selling anything in this message. Everything below is free to evaluate. Three things I have shipped: 1. AMASAMYA — a Chrome extension that audits any web page for WCAG 2.2 compliance in about five seconds. Now live on the Chrome Web Store. Seventeen audit engines including 200 percent zoom verification, dark-mode palette contrast, focus management, target size at both AA and AAA, and an optional Vision AI focus-indicator describer that uses your own OpenAI or Anthropic key (no data leaves your browser). 2. AMASAMYA web platform at https://amasamya.akhileshmalani.com<https://amasamya.akhileshmalani.com/> audits documents in eight formats including PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, EPUB, and OpenDocument. Runs the same engines on uploaded files. Exports findings as CSV, JSON, or HTML. The platform's own pages were built to pass an axe-core 4.10 self-audit with zero violations across every served page. 3. My personal site at https://akhileshmalani.com<https://akhileshmalani.com/> a free public WCAG checker and a small set of blog posts on Indian accessibility law (the RPwD Act 2016 and Indian Standard IS 17802:2020), screen-reader testing technique, and the gaps where automated tools fall short. What I would value from this list: Honest feedback, critical especially. The tools are designed blind-first, which means the entire interface is operable with a screen reader and keyboard, and audit findings are written to be actionable by non-sighted developers and content authors. If any of that breaks for you, I want to know. If any of the audit findings on a real site of yours look wrong, I want to know that too. If you would prefer to reply privately rather than to the list, my address is [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>. If you would prefer to share publicly, replying to the list is fine and welcome. Thank you for your time.
