I am personally proud to use AI for my productivity. In my office, people who use AI are respected by others. Office has also released one AI tool which is used for drafting letters based on internal circulars. One normal person uses AI to reduce his typing requirements by converting Image PDFS of legal opinions using OCR AI tools. I use AI for solving captcha of internal portals where internet access is banned and system screen readers cannot do such things without net.

While I’m not nervous about using AI, I do feel that it’s something we should keep to ourselves rather than publicly disclose all the time. It’s not about fear or hesitation, but we live in a world where some people still judge unfairly. Not everyone is open-minded, and certain people may criticize your work instead of appreciating the results. Rather than letting unnecessary opinions affect you, it’s better to use AI on a need-to-know basis and focus on the value of your work instead of outside judgment.
